How about this for something a little different, a Dog Cemetery. That’s right a Dog Cemetery.
Thought to be the original pet cemetery, the complete first of it’s kind (I didn’t realise that there was more elsewhere either...) the place contains the bones of over 40,000 pets and despite the name, it’s not just dogs that get the treatment. The morbid attraction is also the final resting place for every kind of pet from dogs, cats, canaries and even fish. There is even a special section to the grounds which is devoted entirely to police dogs!
Definitely worth a gander if you’re in the city and want an attraction of the different kind. Just don’t take rex!
